Due to the bespoke nature of our services at The Milk Gift, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with customisation.

If your item has been damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase we ask in the first instance that you contact us immediately at themilkgift@gmail.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
